Documents required for Trust Registration
• Address proof in the form of electricity or water supply bill
• Identity proof of two or more members of the respective organization or company like-
- Driving license
- Aadhar card
- Voter ID
- Passport
Note: It takes 10 days for the online trust registered under the Indian trust act, 1882. The Settler has to represent a presentation before the validation of the deeds throughout the country at the registrar’s office.
Documents required for Society Registration
• The name of the organization or society.
• Address proof of the working place of society.
• Identity proofs in the form of passport copy, driving license, voter ID, Aadhar card of all 9 members.
• Two copies of the by-laws of the society and memorandum of association.
Note: It takes around 8-10 days for drafting the by-laws of the society and MoA. Once it has completed, it takes around 20 to 30 days for society registration.
Documents required for Registration of Section 8 Company
• Company’s name for approval
• House tax receipt, electricity, or water bill in the form of address proof of the working place.
• Identity proves of all the directors like:
- Driving license
- Passport copy
- Aadhar card
- Voter ID
• Articles of the association of the company
• The memorandum of association
