- You are operating a food business in two or more states.
- Your food business regulates under Schedule 1 of FSS (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulations, 2011.

- Firstly, you need to submit the application for a food business license in Form B to the FSSAI Central or State Licensing Authority, wherein the registration fee will differ based on your eligibility.
- The food business license application must comprise a self-attested FSSAI declaration and other documents as prescribed.
- The applicant will obtain a unique Application ID number for tracking and submission of any additional information, as requested by the processing Officer after the submission of the FSSAI License on the FSSAI Portal.
- In case any additional documents are required, the FSSAI processing officer raises a query. The applicant must then provide any other information as requested within 30 days.
- If the submitted information of the applicant gets accepted, then the FSSAI Officer will issue the FSSAI Registration Certificate. Finally, the registration certificate should be displayed by the food business.
